Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the short ribs.
- Place the short ribs in the smoker bone side down.
- Smoke for about 6 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 200°F (93°C).
- Wrap the ribs in foil and let them rest for 30 minutes.
