A tasty pasta dish inspired by the classic Philly cheese steak.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb beef steak, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add sliced steak to the pan. Cook until browned.
- Combine cooked pasta with the steak mixture.
- Add provolone cheese on top. Stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Use your favorite pasta shape.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables.
