Delicious Greek chili chicken Alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and smoked feta cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In another pan, sauté asparagus until tender, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Combine pasta with the chicken Alfredo sauce.
  7. Serve with crispy parmesan asparagus on the side.
