Delicious Greek chili chicken Alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Stir in heavy cream and smoked feta cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In another pan, sauté asparagus until tender, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Combine pasta with the chicken Alfredo sauce.
- Serve with crispy parmesan asparagus on the side.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
