A fresh and colorful deli-style pasta salad that’s perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, and onion.
- Add the Italian dressing and mix well.
- Fold in the mozzarella cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
