Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, salt, and sugar.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough and place it in a greased deep dish pizza pan.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers.
- Pour pizza sauce over the toppings.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
