Description
A sweet and tangy jelly made from dandelion flowers and orange peel.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 4 cups water
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion flowers and remove stems.
- Wash flowers thoroughly.
- In a pot, combine dandelion flowers, orange juice, orange zest, and water. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to extract liquid.
- Add fruit pectin to the liquid and bring to a boil.
- Stir in granulated sugar and boil for 1 minute.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool at room temperature.
Notes
- Use only pesticide-free dandelions.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
- Jelly can last for up to a year.
