Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash dandelion flowers thoroughly.
- Boil dandelion flowers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a bowl, discarding the flowers.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid.
- Simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Add chopped mint leaves and stir.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Store in a cool, dark place.
- Best served with toast or desserts.
