Description

A sweet and herbal jelly made from dandelion flowers with a hint of mint.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dandelion flowers
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash dandelion flowers thoroughly.
  2. Boil dandelion flowers in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid into a bowl, discarding the flowers.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid.
  5. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add chopped mint leaves and stir.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

Notes

  • Store in a cool, dark place.
  • Best served with toast or desserts.
