Instructions
- Gather dandelion flowers, ensuring no pesticides are used.
- Bring water to a boil, then add flowers and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove flowers.
- Add lemon juice and zest to the liquid.
- Stir in fruit pectin and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add sugar all at once and boil for 1 minute.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
