Ingredients

  • 1 packet of fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. Gather dandelion flowers and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Boil the flowers in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
  4. Add honey and lemon juice to the strained liquid.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Add fruit pectin and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  8. Let cool at room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.

  • Ensure jars are sterilized to preserve the jelly.
