Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash the dandelion flowers thoroughly.
- Boil the flowers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring to a boil and stir in sugar gradually.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes until the jelly thickens.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
