Instructions

  1. Gather dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Boil petals in water for 10 minutes, then strain the liquid.
  3. Add lemon juice to the dandelion infusion.
  4. Stir in fruit pectin and bring to a boil.
  5. Add sugar and boil for 1 minute.
  6. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  7. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
