A simple guide to making dandelion jelly at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 box fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
- Boil petals in water for 10 minutes, then strain the liquid.
- Add lemon juice to the dandelion infusion.
- Stir in fruit pectin and bring to a boil.
- Add sugar and boil for 1 minute.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals for the best flavor.
- Pick dandelions from areas free of pesticides.
- Allow jelly to set for 24 hours before use.
