Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle in olive oil while blending.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
