- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup dairy-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add dairy-free mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
