Description

A creamy and flavorful twist on traditional deviled eggs without dairy.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add dairy-free mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
