Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the coconut oil and brown sugar.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
