Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
