Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, curry powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
