Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, and dill.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture.
- Toss gently to coat.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
