Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss cucumber slices in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 2-3 hours or until crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
