Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place taco shells in a muffin tin.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and add lettuce and tomatoes.
