Ingredients
- Grilled chicken breast: 2 cups, sliced
- Black beans: 1 cup, drained and rinsed
- Corn: 1 cup, canned or frozen (thawed)
- Avocado: 1 ripe, sliced
- Shredded cheese: 1 cup (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Lettuce: 2 cups, shredded (romaine or iceberg)
- Tortilla wraps: 4 large (10-inch)
- Ranch dressing: 1/2 cup
- Taco seasoning: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by grilling it until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice and toss with taco seasoning.
- Make the sauce by mixing ranch dressing with optional lime juice or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet, then spread ranch dressing in the center. Layer with lettuce, chicken, black beans, corn, avocado, and cheese.
- Toast the assembled wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, if desired.
- Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
