  • Black beans: 1 cup, drained and rinsed
  • Corn: 1 cup, canned or frozen (thawed)
  • Avocado: 1 ripe, sliced
  • Shredded cheese: 1 cup (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Lettuce: 2 cups, shredded (romaine or iceberg)
  • Tortilla wraps: 4 large (10-inch)
  • Ranch dressing: 1/2 cup
  • Taco seasoning: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by grilling it until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice and toss with taco seasoning.
  2. Make the sauce by mixing ranch dressing with optional lime juice or hot sauce for extra flavor.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet, then spread ranch dressing in the center. Layer with lettuce, chicken, black beans, corn, avocado, and cheese.
