- 1 cup romesco sauce
- 2 sandwich rolls

- 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Toast sandwich rolls.
- Spread romesco sauce on each roll.
- Add lettuce, chicken, and tomato slices.
- Close the sandwich and serve.
