Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Dice the cucumber and bell pepper.

- Slice the red onion and olives.
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
- Add feta cheese and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
