Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the buttered dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place each piece in a greased muffin tin.
  9. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Brush with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
