Ingredients

- 6 croissants
- 8 slices of ham
- 2 cups of shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut croissants in half and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Layer ham and cheese between the croissant halves.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
