Ingredients

- 200g peanuts
- 150g sugar
- 50ml water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Roast the peanuts in a pan until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add the roasted peanuts and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture.
- Stir continuously until the mixture becomes golden and caramelized.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.

- Can be made with salted or unsalted peanuts.
