A warm and hearty crockpot taco soup recipe that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add the beef to the crockpot.
- Stir in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth, bell pepper, and onion.
- Mix well and cover the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and top with cheese.

- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Can be served with tortilla chips.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
