Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add the beef to the crockpot.
  3. Stir in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Mix well and cover the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot and top with cheese.
