Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare sweet potatoes and add them to the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Pour the mixture over sweet potatoes in the crockpot.
  4. Stir to combine.
