Ingredients

- 2 lbs of beef stew meat
- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 3 cups of chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Place beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
