Ingredients

  • Italian sausage: 1 lb (about 4 links)
  • Bell peppers: 3 (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green)
  • Onions: 1 large
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Diced tomatoes: 1 can (14.5 oz)
  • Italian seasoning: 2 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing bell peppers, onions, and mincing garlic.
  2. Layer sliced bell peppers at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by onions and minced garlic.
  3. Add browned or whole sausage links on top of the vegetables.
