Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, brown patties on both sides.
- Transfer patties to the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix.
- Pour the mixture over the patties in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
