Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet, brown patties on both sides.
  4. Transfer patties to the crockpot.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix.
  6. Pour the mixture over the patties in the crockpot.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
