- 4 lbs turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth and chopped vegetables.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper over the turkey.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Shred the turkey with two forks and mix with the juices.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can add potatoes for a heartier dish.
- Cook the turkey until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
