- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and diced vegetables.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
