Tender and flavorful pork chops cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear pork chops in the pan until browned on both sides.
- Place sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add seared pork chops on top of the onions.
- Pour chicken broth over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
