Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear pork chops in the pan until browned on both sides.
  4. Place sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Add seared pork chops on top of the onions.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the pork chops.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
