Description
A hearty and comforting dish made with pierogi, kielbasa, and cheese, all cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 package frozen pierogi (16 oz)
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Place half the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add half the kielbasa and onion on top.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the mixture.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pour half the soup mixture over the layers in the crockpot.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
- Stir before serving and enjoy.
Notes
- Use any flavor of pierogi you prefer.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Can substitute kielbasa with other sausages.
