 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup beef broth

 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Brown the beef slices for 3-4 minutes.
 - Transfer beef to the crockpot.
 - Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
 - In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
 - Serve hot over rice or noodles.
