  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
