Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add chopped vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour diced tomatoes and chicken broth over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving and mix well.
