- 3 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, mash the potatoes in the crockpot.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use garlic butter.
- Try adding cheese for a cheesy variation.
