Creamy and cheesy mac and cheese made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more cheese.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can add cooked bacon or breadcrumbs for topping.
