- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add the cooked beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add uncooked pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheese just before serving.
