A simple and delicious crockpot lasagna recipe.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 jars (24 oz each) marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and drain fat.
- Mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the ground beef, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- You can use a meat substitute for a vegetarian version.
- Adjust cook time based on your crockpot model.
