- 1 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of water
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce in the crockpot and stir.
- Cook on high for another 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve shredded chicken over noodles and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with green onions.
