- 1 fully cooked ham (5–7 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Place the ham in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.
- Pour the mixture over the ham.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Glaze the ham with the juices every couple of hours.
- Slice and serve when done.
Notes
- Choose a bone-in ham for more flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
