- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the diced ham at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add green beans and diced potatoes on top of the ham.
- Sprinkle chopped onion over the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth over all ingredients.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
