Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
- Cook pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Combine pasta with the chicken mixture and serve.
