  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and French onion soup mix, then pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and cook for an additional 15 minutes until melted.
