- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve in tortillas with cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.
