Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan.
- Fill tortillas with shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes.
Notes
- Serve with avocado for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try using corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
