- 2 pounds beef steak, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the sliced steak, onion, and green bell pepper on top.
- Pour the beef broth over the mixture.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak and potatoes are tender.
- In the last 30 minutes, add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing well to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
