Instructions

  1. Slice the beef flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the sliced beef in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, add the broccoli florets.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
